It's hard to decide what to do first. Before you buy any accessories or mud tires, you should make sure your Jeep is mechanically sound. Having mud tires doesn't help you any if your Jeep is broke down in the driveway. Your best bet is to find a club or group to go off-roading with and see what works for them.
